Clean the skin day and surrounding area with one of the included cleaning swabs. 2. Attach the charger to the end of the device, then place a band on the top of the charger and roll it down and onto the device. 3. Remove the charger from the device. 4. Position the hollow end of the device over the skin day. 5. Once it is at the level of the skin surface, press the button to release the band. 6. The band is now securely held in place where it stays until the skin day has fallen off.
