WHAT IS IT The Sugar.fit CGM is a continuous glucose monitor: a coin-sized sensor you wear on the back of your upper arm for 15 days. A hair-thin filament sits just under the skin, reads the glucose in your interstitial fluid, and sends a reading to your phone over Bluetooth on its own. Nothing to scan, no finger prick. It replaces the guesswork between two glucometer readings. WHAT YOU SEE AND WHEN Open the Sugar.fit app and you see your glucose now, your overnight line, and what happened after each meal. Log a meal and you get a Food Score for it. The app also scores sleep and activity and estimates your long-term average. Set your own high and low alerts. Most people wear one sensor before changing how they eat and a second a few weeks later, for a true before-and-after. Every pack includes one-to-one access to a Sugar.fit coach. A graph tells you what happened; a coach helps you work out why, and what to change first. WHO IT IS FOR, AND WHO IT IS NOT FOR For adults 18 and over who want to see their own glucose pattern rather than guess which foods spike them, and for anyone whose doctor wants more than a fasting number. Not for children, and not during pregnancy unless your doctor advises it. If you react to medical adhesives, patch-test first and remove it if skin turns red or itchy. Do not wear it during an MRI, CT or X-ray. This is a monitoring device, not a substitute for your doctor's advice. ABOUT ACCURACY A CGM reads interstitial fluid, not blood, so expect a short lag when glucose moves fast and a modest offset against a fingerstick meter. The two are not meant to match to the decimal; a CGM is good at direction, height and timing. If a reading does not match how you feel, confirm with a fingerstick first.
