This is a light-weight, high-torque N20 12v 1000 RPM Metal Gear Micro DC Encoder Motor with Precious Metal Brush. It is suitable for various industrial, home appliance and hobby applications. It has an all-metal gearbox assembly that provides amazing torque for its size. The motor uses precious metal brushes instead of carbon brushes, which increases its working life.
Compared to other motors of similar size, with metal or plastic gears, the N20 all-metal geared motor has a much higher torque-to-size ratio. It outperforms the BO motor series 1 and series 2 and the centre shaft 12 V motors in terms of torque, sturdiness, reliability and working life. The specifications below confirm this.
