HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE? Choose Light/medium Flow if you can keep a pad on for 6+ hours on your heaviest flow day. Choose Heavy Flow flow if leak through your pad within 2-6 hours. The Light/medium Flow cup is smaller and softer. The Heavy Flow cup is larger and firmer.
