Mix the bleaching powder with the developer. Mix a spoon of lightening powder in amounts of 6% (20 vol.), 9%(30 vol.), or 12%(40 vol.) over your untreated hair. It is recommended to apply the Blonder first on the hair strands and then on the scalp. Results may vary depending upon customers and the layer of hair pigmentation.
