Aerol Electrical Contact Cleaner Spray Grade 8001 is a cold cleaning, solvent based cleaner spray, which cleans, helps to extend the operational life and reduces downtime and maintenance of electrical switchgear, electrical equipment and components. It cleans dust, dirt, carbon, oxide deposits, flux, rust, grease, oil and other common contaminants. It restores resistance values, electrical properties and prevents wear, tear and burnouts.Directions Do not use on Polycarbonate plastics. For other plastic surfaces, please test compatibility before use. It is advisable to protect rubber and plastic parts, painted surfaces from overspray. For hard to reach areas, attach extension tube. Spray the required area to flush off dirt and contaminants. Heavy deposits may require repeated application and scrapping. Air dry or wipe with a clean absorbent cloth. For personal safety, do not use on energized equipment.
