It adds a bright and metallic luster finish to cakes, fondant, chocolate, candies, and many more confections. Luster Dust contains only ingredients that are non-toxic and are ideal for use with gum paste or rolled fondant. Intended for use in the dry form. It can be dry brushed or airbrushed by diluting small amounts with a Rejuvenator Fluid. Luster Dust can also be mixed with oil-based flavourings or alcohol for painting and highlighting.
