100% UNROASTED WHOLE GREEN COFFEE BEANS: Carefully selected beans that have not been through the roasting process, which is what preserves their natural chlorogenic acid content. Each 200g pouch holds whole beans, not powder, so you control how the green coffee is prepared at home.
FOR SOAKING, GRINDING, OR COLD BREW: Soak 10g of beans in 250 ml of water overnight for a chlorogenic-acid-rich morning drink, grind in a regular coffee grinder for filter or French press use, or cold-brew at room temperature for 12 hours for a smoother taste. The unroasted form is the most versatile.
DIY GREEN COFFEE FOR WEIGHT MANAGEMENT: Many home users prefer beans over instant sachets because the soaking method extracts chlorogenic acid more slowly without exposing the beans to high temperatures. Drink the soaked water (the beans are not eaten).
