AQUARIUM – Reduces Nitrates better than regular aquarium gravel. River Sand is PH Neutral and will not increase carbonate hardness. No artificial dyes or paints to flake off. LANDSCAPING- Perfect replacement for Perlite and Vermiculite as it contains a some of the properties of both. River sand is wholly made of silica and allows good drainage. Add quantity of river sand for succulents. GRAIN SIZE – Shehri Kisaan River Sand has a consistent, uniform and fine texture as it is double sifted. Free of any weeds, soil or dirt. Pure natural river sand with no alternations. USE FOR BONSAI & ADENIUM SOIL MIXES – Helps to drain water exceptionally well and have no fine dust which would inhibit air movement through the soil (aeration). River sand is stable, whereas sea sand would contain salts which could be harmful to plants. For adeniums desert rose plant mix for non-seedlings, use 10-20% river sand by weight.
