(Troubleshooting & Usage Instructions) . . Water Selection Guide . . For best performance, use Tap / Municipality water with balanced TDS levels. Water quality directly affects steam generation. . . ?? Case 1: Steam Not Generating (Low TDS Water – RO / Very Pure Water) . If you are using RO water or water with very low TDS: . Fill the water tank up to the maximum (MAX) level. . Turn on the steamer and check steam output. . If steam still does not generate: . Add one small pinch of salt using your fingers only. . Do NOT use a spoon or teaspoon. . Do NOT add more than one pinch. . Very low TDS water does not conduct electricity properly, which may prevent steam generation. A small pinch of salt helps improve conductivity. . . ?? Case 2: Steamer Overheating / Crackling Sound / Sparks (due to High TDS Water) If you notice: Overheating, Crackling noise, Spark-like sound . . This usually happens due to: Borewell water, Well water, Salty water, High TDS water . . SOLUTION: 1. Stop using the current water immediately. ^ 2. Empty the tank. ^ 3. Refill with RO or filtered water. ^ 4. If RO water does not generate steam, add only one small pinch of salt using fingers (never spoon). ____________________________________________ ?
