AJOWAN ESSENTIAL OIL FOR HAIR AND SKIN: Ajwain essential oil may help reducing pimples and is effective for digestion which helps in having great skin. New mothers are given ajwain boiled water for a week for strengthening and cleansing of the body post delivery (Consult with a doctor first).
AJOWAN ESSENTIAL OIL FOR BATH, BODY & AROMATHERAPY: Ajowan (Ajwain) essential oil is extremely beneficial just as one aromatherapy oil. It may offer a relaxing as well as calming massage that may relieve intermittent pain along the face or even the head.
HOW TO USE: Add 2 drops of ajwain essential oil in steam inhaler and it may body toxins through sweating. Add 2 drops of ajwain essential oil in your bathing water or massage lower abdomen and back. Take 4 drops of ajwain essential oil mixed with 2 drops of cumin oil and 5 ml of sesame oil.
