This iMax B6 is a rapid charger that employs a high-performance microprocessor and operating system to optimally charge various kinds of rechargeable batteries. *Intelligent Operating System iMax B6 can dynamically set the feeding current while charging, preventing the batteries from getting overcharged. It also intelligently monitors the battery and can disconnect the circuit and sound the alarm, once it detects any malfunction. *Internal Battery Cell Balancer It contains an internal individual voltage cell balancer, so it is not necessary to connect any external cell balancers. It can also monitor cells during discharging and raise an error message if the cell the device detects the one of the cells is abnormally discharged *Fast and storage mode for lithium battery There are various methods of charging Lithium batteries. Fast charge reduces the charging time whereas store charge can control the final voltage of your battery. The latter method is best for long term storage and protects the useful life of the battery. *Temperature threshold: The batteries internal chemical reaction can cause the temperature of the battery to rise during charging. If the temperature limit is reached (set by the user), the charging process will be terminated. This function is available by connecting an optional temperature probe, which is not included in with the charger. *Processing time limit: The user can set the maximum charging time. If the charging time exceeds the limit, the process will be terminated automatically when you set the maximum time for the charging mode. *PC based Analysis using USB Port: iMax B6 offers PC based program to further analyse and collect battery charging and discharging data. It shows graphs of current, voltage, capacity, and individual cell voltages. PC-Link USB cable is purchased separately. *User programmable charging options: The device can store data from ten different batteries.
