Blue Elephant pad thai rice noodles are made from the finest rice flour.
Use with/in - Curry, Soup, Sauces, Spices, Vegetables, Prawns, Eggs.
Instruction for Use - Boil water in large pot. Remove from heat. Add Blue Elephant Rice Noodles, let stand for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Soak until noodles are soft but firm. Drain well and immediately toss with your favourite sauce, thai curry or add your favourite soup just before serving. Storage - Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
It is thick, pure white and are flat like a "tagliatelli" but taste and texture are quite different from the western noodles
