Drop forged from Chrome Vanadium steel.
Differentially heat–treated to give maximum strength and wear resistance on the teeth.
Hardness on body: 40 – 48 HRc, Hardness on Teeth of the Jaw: 50 to 56 HRc
Specially designed head angle permits its use in confined spaces.
Scientifically designed jaw profile can hold any type of job firmly.
The openings of the jaws are at 5 different positions
Engagement / locking of the shank is groove type
The rivet is bigger and hardened, which prevents play even after long use. After prolonged use the nut can be tightened to eliminate play.
