DESCRIPTION: A durable latex flat house paint with a limited warranty when applied according to all label directions on a properly prepared surface. Product Features: Durable, High Hiding, Fade resistant, Washable, Easy soap & water clean-up. RECOMMENDED USE: Previously painted or primed exterior surfaces including concrete, masonry, vinyl, aluminum and factory primed siding. THINNING: Thin sparingly with water if necessary for spraying. DRY TIME: Dries to the touch in 1-2 hours. Recoat if necessary after 4 hours. High humidity or low temperature may increase dry time. After 2-4 weeks, cured paint may be cleaned with a mild, nonabrasive liquid detergent. Dry paint film is mildew resistant. COVERAGE: 350-400 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the porosity of the surface to be painted. CLEAN UP & DISPOSAL: Wash tools with warm water and soap immediately after applying. APPLICATION METHODS: This paint can be used over latex or oil based paint after properly preparing surface. Intermix all containers for color uniformity - may require more than 1 coat. Stir thoroughly before and during use. Apply 2 coats. Do not apply if rain or dew is expected within 24 hours or if outside temperature could drop below 40°. Use when surface and air temps are between 50-90°F.
