Futura Flat Tava can cook roti (flat breads), phulka (puffed unleavened bread) and paratha (layered unleavened breads) - all staple foods in India. In addition, the flat cooking surface is particularly useful in making foods using liquid batter that require careful spreading, and helps retain the shape more evenly.
