Based on the course and curriculum described by the inc for BSc nursing. An attempt has been made to give enough exposure to nursing students for better understanding of the concept of the management of Nursing services and nursing education has been organized into 15 chapters and the text is flowed sequentially to cover and fulfil the requirements of the students as per their syllabus every attempt has been made to maintain simplicity and lucidity of language and style to grasp the subject matter very clearly and easily.
