The clinical record prepared for pb BSc nursing course is based on the curriculum formulated by Indian Nursing Council (inc). this record will help the students to acquire clinical knowledge in each specialty areas with which the students can demonstrate appropriate skills in all these clinical areas. It will help the teachers to monitor the students' Clinical performance and the needed guidelines can be provided.
