Constructive suggestions from various quarters including teaching, research and student community for additional information prompted the authors to revise the first edition. Chapters dealing with agrometeorological observatory, wind, temperature and solar radiation have been thoroughly revised to meet the needs of students. Chapter on Climate Change has been deleted in view of its new version Agriculture and Environment. No attempt is made to present comprehensive coverage of agrometeorology beyond the requirements of undergraduate students.
