About the Author:
IRONMAN Kapil Arora is a Fitness Expert, a Best-Selling Author & a Successful Corporate Professional in BFSI sector.
An MBA from Pune University, he is among the very few Indians who earned the title “IRONMAN” in New Zealand, where he completed the triathlon of 3.8 KM swim, 180 KM bike and 42.2 KM run. An endurance athlete, he has also completed four consecutive 90 KM International Ultramarathons, the “Comrades” in South Africa. He has competed in 7 international events, run 11 Marathons, 27 Half-marathons & 3 IRONMANs in 4 continents.
Kapil has been recently appointed as FIT INDIA Ambassador – An Initiative launched by our Hon’ble Prime Minister under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. He is also won multiple Gold & Silver medals at State level athletic meets in track & field championships, in 1,500 meters & 10,000 meters categories.
Kapil's name features in Guinness Book of World Record as a part of a running event. Recently he created another record on the individual level and entered into the Prestigious Limca Book of Records.
